My item arrived damaged or faulty.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please follow the steps below to ensure that you can receive compensation.

If you receive an item that is clearly damaged or faulty, you should take photos showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. Our policy states that this needs to be done within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you're happy with.

Please note that our warranties policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper opening of packages (e.g. using scissors may cut through clothing)
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage as a result of improper maintenance and care (e.g. ironing damage)
